[IAEP] Exploring New Horizons for Sugar's GUI / Explorando Nuevos Horizontes para Sugar

I really like the idea of physics-based affordances. Space and
"resistance", animations and "gravity".
For instance, I remember a time when Sugar's home pie would scale in
proportion with resource usage of each activity.
This screen grab from "Aqua sugar - the children's machine translated for
adults" features this aspect:

It's telling for me that in 2007 someone felt the need to "translate" Sugar
for adults.
In looking for more recent thoughts, I found this HN thread from 2019
