[IAEP] [SLOBS] Call to action for inactive SLOBs - attend the meetings or resign your seats

I agree with you! It is important to get together during established
meetings, but it is as important to engage in concrete
tasks/responsibilities. I also agree that we should all inform the rest of
the board if we will be absent.

My suggestion is to revisit the schedule during our next board meeting.
