Dear SLOBs:

As discussed on March 3, 2017 Sugar Labs Oversight Board meeting, and with
the purpose of securing the dates for every year's elections, I am
presenting the following motion for approval by SLOBs:

*Motion: To declare a fix date for every year's Sugar Labs Oversight Board
election.*
Sugar Labs Oversight Board, elections will take place every second Friday
of the 12th month, every year. Therefore elections for 2017 will take place
on December 8, 2017.

If someone on the board seconds the motion, we can begin a vote.

Regards and blessings.

Laura Victoria
