I read the doc and the structure of the policy seems good, but I would like
to suggest some edits

- general edits for clarity, not exactly like
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_English but in that direction

- a section of the document for numbering it (semver.org style)

- a section for declaring variables like $X and $Y

I therefore requested comment access via Google Docs :)
