[IAEP] Fixing activities documentation for the new UI

hi

I would like to propose a doc summit for sugar/olpc. Fm can facilitate a 
series of sprints to get everything up to date. However we would need to 
work together to raise the funds to make it happen. I am happy to put 
work into this from our side (FM)  - who can take the lead from Sugars side?
