[IAEP] End-of-year financial update

Hi all,

with the end of the year being so close I wanted to know whether there's
been any changes to Sugar Labs' financial status and the balance on the
account?

The last known balance which I put on http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Finance in
early November is from August 1 and was $21,141.78.
