If we are going to go down this route (which I still believe is
inferior to having separate mailing lists) then you need to:

Modify this page to list all of the current sugar-devel topics (we are
now up to four):

http://lists.sugarlabs.org/listinfo/sugar-devel

as well as letting people know there and in the welcome to the list
email how they can modify their subscription options at:

http://lists.sugarlabs.org/options/sugar-devel

so they only get messages on the topics that are relevant to them.

Upon rereading Walter's note, I guess you need this for IAEP as well.

While we are at it, can we get [GPA] topics as well, since we can't
have a GPA mailing list.
