[IAEP] Trademark

[Luke Faraone]

Hi all,

What are we doing to protect our name, that of SugarLabs and Sugar as an
educational project?

I did a quick search at TESS (USTPO's search site,
http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=login&p_lang=english&p_d=trmk) and it
lookes like someone registered "SUGARLAB" in June of '08.
