Please, go on and describe what you have in mind.

I think git project hosting might work this way: when you have
a prototype git tree for your project, you can make it available
somewhere or tar it up and send it to me along with your public
ssh keys and desired user name for your developer account.

The result would look like this:

  https://www.develer.com/gitweb/pub

When additional developers join in, you can either pull from them,
or ask to move the project to a sugar/activities/ hierarchy where
it could be accessed by all its members.
