[Dextrose] Dextrose Team on git.sugarlabs.org

Hi all,

Since we got new dextrose related projects,
I've created Dextrose team, http://git.sugarlabs.org/+dextrose
So, to add all dextrose contribtors to the commiters list, just add
dextrose team.

For other dextrose related project admins, the whole project might be
reasigned to the team (see project properties).

For now, all +dextrose members (If I forgot someone, ping me) are
admins, but I guess it will be more useful to have only one admin
who will be aware about all dextrose related projects and being
the first person to ask about any dextrose repos/projects.

imho, will be useful to spread dextrose tasks aming all dextrose
contributors. I'm +1 for making dirax git dextrose maint
(rand() excluding other infra people).
