[Dcpr] DCPR annual session and outcome document

Dear all,

Please note that the annual DCPR session will take place on 19 December at 9:00 in room Room XXII-E of the Palais des Nations (in Geneva). During the session, the authors of the papers featured in the DCPR report (resulting from the Call for Papers) will address the notion of platform responsibility from a range of perspectives.  The edited collection of those papers will be officially launched at our annual meeting and, for the occasion, we’ll have the keynotes by David Kaye and Julia Reda, who authored the book’s prefaces. For those who cannot participate, the event is live streamed and recorded for posterity, so you should be able to find it on the IGF’s Youtube channel. In addition, do not forget you can contribute to the discussion by commenting on the DCPR Outcome document, which summarizes the said contributions in light of the ongoing DCPR discussion, and will be presented at the Main Session on Dynamic Coalitions on December 20th.
