 We did all the field testing with the present version of the patch. As far
 as I'm concerned, the current behavior is generally good enough and
 heuristics could always be refined later on.

 As tomeu suggested, it might make sense to reduce the weight of the CPU in
 the formula for computing the load, so that we couldn't go sad just
 because the CPU is in use. Going serious should be enough, imho.
