[ASLO] SpaceWar and Tank Operation

Hi,
I don't remember reading about those decisions.
I am unaware of changes in 
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Activity_Library/Editors/Policy
Currently it says nothing about censorship by name or sprite warfare.
Please update.

I would think moderation in ASLO would be to prevent spam, not to 
curate artwork.
