Ok, I spoke with some people. They told me that the GPLv2 applies to
GPSBabel, which is a separate executable.

The actual license covering the main Google Earth binary is this:

  http://www.google.es/intl/en_us/earth/download/ge/agree.html

Section 2(c) explicitly forbids redistribution.

Daniel: they told me that they'll check if it's possible to provide you
a redistribution license for the Sugar activity, but if it's not free
software we can't redistribute it from the Sugar Labs servers.
