Hi Chris,
This appears to be a major issue with our two collocated servers at MIT.

My GPG key is stuck in my fried laptop's harddrive, and I would need it
to decipher the password of a management console.

Hopefully Bernie or Samuel can help us with checking what's going on.
In the past, I think we've seen these machines fail to boot from a power
failure? I dunno.
