Your problem is not an invalid e-mail address then. Your account and
presumably your e-mail address have been blocked by Patrol, a Wiki bot,
presumably on suspicion of spamming.

Yes, it really is silly to tell people to ask about being blocked from
editing Wiki pages by editing Wiki pages. I have copied Frederick Grose
directly on this message, since his e-mail address is not in fact secret,
and you can discuss this with him further in person.
