[Systems] DNS setup hosed: slave serving from stale copy

Hi!

Our DNS setup is messed out; i.e. new records sometimes fail to resolve 
or resolve to incorrect addresses.
Lightwave gives 83.149.158.210 as address of ns1.codewiz.org (and that 
one works fine when asked), but the root servers give out 83.149.158.214 
as glue. The latter one seems to have been a slave before and answers 
authoritatively from a stale copy of the zone file. :(

Who has access to the joker.com user account managing 
sugarlabs.{net,org} (so we can replace the ns1.codewiz.org reference 
with a correct in-bailiwick record)?
I'll contact the Develer admins separately about atlantis.develer.com 
(83.149.158.214).
