[Sugar-devel] Release git packages for Sugar

Thanks for testing.  Your work decreases the time to my next release.

Yes, I did try that versioning technique with 0.115 and 0.116, but
there was no response from downstreams for months, and distribution
specific bugs went unreported for a very long time.  It felt like
wasted effort.  KDE team is much larger than we are.  It would be nice
to be that large!
