[Sugar-devel] Initial Release: Sugar packages 0.116 for Arch Linux

Thanks for testing that Sebastian. sugar-runner was not been actively used
by many I guess. I have put up an issue on
https://github.com/sugarlabs/sugar-runner/issues/4, I was able to recreate
the error on KDE Plasma on Arch Linux as well as GNOME on Ubuntu Focal
Fossa 20.04. I guess that error had been with sugar-runner from quite a
time.

PS: I am only packaging Sugar repo's for Arch Linux. Releases are done by
the community. But thanks for finding the issue, it would hopefully be
fixed for the upcoming sugar-runner release :)
