Prioritise finding and tagging beginner friendly issues?

Not if the time taken to fix those issues is lower than the time that
will be taken to add, tag, answer pointless questions about the issue,
and then explain how to fix it.

And please don't avoid contributing in order to increase the
opportunity for others to contribute later.  That's crazy.

Instead, avoid contributing for real reasons, like lack of time or
higher priorities.
