Attending were James, Rahul, Walter and Yash.

James; worked on the GTK+ 3 port of the Record activity. Updated the
Ubuntu install documentation for Sugar. Evaluated the impact of the
late change by Ubuntu to remove the static GTK+ 2 Rsvg library just
before release; nothing was using it as far as Ubuntu could see.

Rahul; busy with exams, studying microprocessors.

Walter; worked on syncing up the Python and Javascript versions of
turtleblocks.

Yash; exams and making a blog.

Walter's preference "C", UTC 11am Tuesday, US/Eastern 7am Tuesday, IST
4:30pm Tuesday, Australia/Sydney 9pm Tuesday.

Rahul no preference.

Yash no preference.

James no preference.

I'll ask for mail response from those who haven't been at the meeting
recently, in case the reason they haven't been there is meeting time.

Other topics;

- resizing the Gtk.DrawingArea widget which contains a GStreamer 1.0
autovideosink element does not resize the element; happening in
Record port in progress, works in Turtle Blocks.

- start to journal not home view, or sugar3.activity.iconify does not
work; the bug has a clear plan but James won't need to fix it until
December, so if anyone else would like to have a go at it, feel free.

https://github.com/sugarlabs/sugar-toolkit-gtk3/issues/368
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1519042

- regression in rendering Music Blocks on Browse, is there a console
available? none of us knew. might instead use git bisect to find
  the point of regression.
