[Sugar-devel] GSoC 2016 Proposal

How should I proceed with the GSoC proposal on google's website?

I have created the wiki page

for
my proposal, as requested. But on google's website, they require a *google
doc* or a document on some other link.
Should I use the wiki link as the Draft link?

Please help.
