Hi Devin,

I made a separate branch named "rhythmRuler" in the musicblocks repo and
the rhythm ruler code is included in the "widgets" folder in that branch.

Currently I have implemented a basic patch (with a simple UI) just to know
whether I am going the right way or not.

There's a block (light red) in colour and when you click it, a prompt
generates, you enter a number into the prompt and the block(ruler) gets
divided into those no. of sections. (Basic dissection functionality).

Please review it and advice whether I am going the right way or not. What
additions do I have to do in order to make it look more meaningful and how
should I go for the backend part.

Thanks!
