[Sugar-devel] Add a module to sugar-toolkit

Did you add it to the Makefile in that subdirectory, it should be like this
one:
https://github.com/sugarlabs/sugar-toolkit-gtk3/blob/master/src/sugar3/graphics/Makefile.am

Remember you will have to close and reopen sugar-build to notice the
changes.
