[Sugar-devel] Download Manager ProgressBar [DESIGN]

@James As mentioned, I tried making a blend of 'progressIcon' &
'ToolButton' by making some changes to the SugarToolButton code. Here is
how the download ProgressIcon @50% completion looks like ->
