[Sugar-devel] Download Manager ProgressBar [DESIGN]

A ToolButton normally has an Icon.

Instead of the Icon, assign the ProgressIcon?

As nobody else may have done this, you may need to find and fix any
bugs in ProgressIcon or ToolButton that prevent it.
