[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] Hide battery icon when battery is removed

Right now the battery icon is fully white when the battery is removed.
With this patch the icon dissapear (hide) and when its back its
showed, all in the same frame position.

So, it's not needed, but its looks more logical.
Can we change it, or we should keep the old model?
