The first "Restart" means "Restart Sugarizer" - from the buddy popup menu
in the home screen.
The second "Restart" means "Restart activity" - from the journal popup menu
in the journal screen.
I've renamed the second "Restart" into "RestartActivity" to avoid confusion.
