[Sugar-devel] Translations with our NEW Pootle instance

It would be good if you provided some pointers beyond stating how easy 
it is.

Quechua and Aymara were setup in oldpootle, so I guess one should take 
the parameters from there as part of the migration.

If you wish I can take a look on Monday, find my ssh key attached, my 
username of choice is "icarito". I will likely need access anyway.
