[Sugar-devel] Notification Improvements!

Hey Sam,

Thanks for working on this! I have a quick suggestion though.

In critical notifications, the message bubble seems (to me) a bit off from
the general layout. Think it  could be aligned in terms of dimensions with
the top bar of the frame? ie., temporary overlapping with the top bar of
the frame. Plus, we make the summary and body a little closer to the
vertical center of the bubble, and limit both summary and body to one line,
by limiting it length with ellipse.END.

I think it would look better that way.
