[Sugar-devel] 500 Internal Server Error at SL background design contest website

I've attached a screenshot, also CC'ing this to the development mailing list.
I submitted a png with the form filled completely and this happened.
I've tried multiple times, but the error persists.
This needs to be fixed.

Also, why can't we submit SVGs? They render perfectly fine in sugar-build ...
