[Sugar-devel] [ASLO] Release Abecedarium-4 (Sugar Labs Activities)

The POT file looks okay, but I don't know what to do about the ogg
file collection.  maybe write up a specia lwiki page for how to
localize this avtivity explaining the whole process.
