[Sugar-devel] Orphaned 0.100 features

There is certainly no preclusion to newcomers :) I don't know about the
complexity of that code, the best thing is probably for you to take a look
and see if you are comfortable with it. We have until the half of August to
land this, so there is some time to learn.
