btw, #sugar is a general purpose IRC channel (not only for devs and
glucose devs in particular), ie, having glucose commits IRC notification
sounds an overkill (we had it sometime before but disabled at the end).
It is much better to have something #glucose-commits by an analogy w/
pootle-commits ML.
