Hi,
I make a new icon for 'document-open'.
This fixes SL #959 <http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/959>
"*The equivalent to sugar-artwork/icons/scalable/actions/document-save.svg*

*Activities could do as well customized ones like memorize is doing*"
I attach the new icon
BTW, I open a pull request after design team comments.
