Yes!  I think it is already time.

I have proposed my web activities for submission in ASLO.  They are
tagged 0.100 .  In order of appearence:

The ones that persist the state in the Journal are Gears, Paint and GTD.

I haven't tried translations yet, but is certainly an major task.  We
have webl10n in sugar-web already, Daniel N. added it a while ago.
