Make sure that you have
"http://download.sugarlabs.org/packages/SweetsDistribution:/0.94/Ubuntu-11.10/"
line in /etc/apt/sources.list. And system is up-to-date and
sweets-distribution package is installed.

11.10 packages were uploaded yesterday.
