I've never used VirtualBox but one of the easiest ways to get it
working might be "USB Passthrough". Basically it allows you to push
any particular USB device through to the guest OS. I think (but I
don't have any Apple HW to verify) the camera is USB based and if you
get a USB headset for the audio it might be the easiest way to do it.
