  Must be a different batch of processors or something.  Can you give us
  some serial numbers and SKU numbers of the working and non-working
  batch so that we can compare?  You can find these under the battery.

  For XO-1, they were only tested in factory at 433/166.  If they passed
  that, they shipped.
