== Wiki ==

Users friendly page was moved (with redirection from old address) to:

    http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sweets_Distribution

Sweets Distribution is different to the rest of
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Community/Distributions/ pages (SD is a
repository, not the whole distro).

Technical pages with detailed information was created on:

    http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Platform_Team/Sweets_Distribution

Each repository will have its own page[1] with information about this
particular repository.

== Releasing scheme ==

If it was not clear from the beginning (including the author of these
lines), Sweets Distribution does not have exact successive releases.
Instead, it has repositories [1]. Every repository contain only on
Sucrose/Glucose release and only one SD repository can be used at the
same time (the easy sweets is happening using sweets-distribution
utility[2]). Repositories might be stable (as 0.88 or 0.94) or in
development stage (like Factory). Different stable repositories might be
supported as long as it is being used, especially by Sugar deployments.

== Changes in 0.94 repository ==

Since there is an intention to use Sweets Distribution in not only Peru
deployment (which uses experimental Factory repository), Telepathy patch
was merged to 0.94 to start testing it before releasing downstream
distribution (testing in Factory is not possible due to development
nature of this repository).

To make Sweets Distribution more capable for redistribution by
downstreams, where added some specific features:

== Work in progress ==

It seems there is an issue with collaboration in activities that used
DBus tubes. At least collaboration in Write doesn't work if sugar is
connected to jabber.sugarlabs.org, but it works fine if jabber
connection is disabled and local Salut is being used.

There is an ongoing work to package 0.94 and Factory repositories for
recently released Ubuntu-12.04.
