The ShowNTell activity identifies it's content bundles with the mime 
type application/x-classroompresenter and the glob .cpxo. This 
information is provided in mimetypes.xml in the activity folder.

In 0.84.31 (860), the association of the bundle with the activity fails.
The Journal reports 'no activity for this entry'.

Has the method of associating activities with mime_types changed?
