I see this movement, along with Gnome-3's work on tablet compatibility, as
a reason why the next generation of Sugar (or "OLPC OS") should be based
on Gnome 3.

We have neither the need nor the ability to duplicate this effort.  Better
that we shape Gnome to serve the children.
