I will work with Daniel on getting a sugar-toolkit-gtk3.po made
available in the current Glucose project on Pootle.  As there is
little (or even no) string divergence at the moment, we will work to
populate the new sugar-toolkit-gtk3 with existing translations of
sugar-toolkit.po.

These toolkit PO files are only about 80 words, it is not be a
substantial issue to maintain them as separate PO files in parallel.
I'll work with alsroot (hopefully) to make sure the proper git-Pootle
connections are made.  Daniel, please make sure gituser: pootle has
commit on the sugar-toolkit-gtk3 as that is is a standard part of
getting the connections established.
