[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] Filter in home view

As discussed in Design Team meeting, I have tested using alpha to filter in
the neighborhood view,
and gray color to filter in the home view.

I do not have a preference here. Tell my what you think.

Attached are images and patches.
The alpha for unselected items is 0.2, but we can play with this value, I
really do not know
what can be a good value.
