Hi,

When the Pippy activity is shared between multiple users, the
tree-view containing examples in the left column is hidden and only
the source editor and the terminal widgets are visible. This is
(probably) purposefully being done otherwise on older versions of
Pippy, the sharing would crash.

However, on the latest version of Pippy, even if the treeview is kept
shown and some users click on it, the sharing isn't broken, rather if
one user clicks on an example, it is loaded on everyone's screen.

A possible downside of this is the fact that if a Pippy session is
shared between many users and one user clicked on an example, all the
other users would have no idea why their source editor window suddenly
changed.

Thus, I wanted to get an opinion whether this feature of keeping the
treeview visible in a shared Pippy session should be integrated into
future Pippy versions or not.
