[Sugar-devel] Sugar 3? I want it!

Where can I get Sugar 3?
From the "Submit New Activity" [1] page on a.sl.o:

[...]
> Your activity will appear in search and browse listings across the site, and even in the Activities Manager of Sugar 3.
[...]

Sounds like the Update control panel revamped. No more Browse required
for getting new activities. I want it! ;)
