[Sugar-devel] [Karma] made change in jquery.karma.js, for possible bug

It seems that KLayer adds in a canvas element whether or not it already
exists in the html.

I moved the code on line 635 to 626

I am wary though that my change may lead to unintended consequences. Do
you see any problems w/ the change I made?
