Small data point ... I only discovered the right-click in the last few
days, when I derived it as a potential solution to the delay, began to
think how to add it, and proceeded to test to see if anything was bound
to right-click.  Doh.  Of course.

Now I can tell the friends' kids how to remove their frustration a bit
... and I was able to add a comment to my patch set mentioning the
right-click.
