Only twice a day.  I tried it with the leading zero first and thought
it looked ugly.  It'll be easy enough to customise (I've made it
gconf-aware, of course).  But I'll change that to the default.

I wish we could get something more useful than that in the primary
palette, but I agree it's consistent.

Sure.  I think I'll make the secondary palette a gconf-setting as
well, for more ease of customisation.
