The msgstrs seem to be missing. Eg, instead of

msgctxt "HTML Tag: BUTTON ID: btnRestart"
msgid "Restart"


it should be

msgctxt "HTML Tag: BUTTON ID: btnRestart"
msgid "Restart"
msgstr ""

Normally, you can use msgfmt --check <filename> to check the sanity of
a POT or a PO file.
